• BuySellandTrade.com assumes NO responsibility for condition, shipping or handling of any item(s) advertised on this service.
• Terms of any item(s) bought, sold or traded will be the sole responsibility of any interested parties.

WHERE ARE THE NEWEST ADS POSTED?

That's an EASY one!! Any NEW ADS will appear at the TOP of each category!! If you are searching for something in particular, just open up the desired category and any new ad will be right there! So, check back often, you'll never know what you'll find!!

HOW LONG WILL MY AD BE POSTED?

• Your ad will run for a minimum of 6 months. Beginning January 1, 2004, we will begin removing any ads older than 6 months. Therefore, any "Ad Number(s)" you have received from us will no longer be valid.
• If your ad is no longer listed and the item is still available for sale, you must place a NEW ad. Please now refer to the NEW ad number for this item. Please delete any old ad notifications from us for that item.

AD PRICING

• ALL ads will remain FREE until further notice, at which time, notification will be posted on the website.
• At some point in the future, it may become necessary to ask a "reasonable listing fee" to help offset our costs to provide this service. The listing fee will be $2.00 PER ITEM in US Dollars.

AD PLACEMENT POLICY

1. There is an ad limit of (3) item(s) per advertiser. Under some circumstances and at our discretion, we may extend this limit as a courtesy.
2. As of April 15, 2000, posting of ALL ads will automatically be assigned to the most relevant category, for example:
   "Car" ads received will be posted in the "Cars" category, etc.
   If someone were looking for a car, naturally they would begin looking in the "Cars" section. This will allow your ad to be viewed by a more "targeted" viewer base and thus achieve a greater response.
3. BuySellandTrade.com reserves the exclusive right to reject any ad which we deem to be of an inappropriate or offensive nature. This service is intended for viewing by visitors of ALL ages.
4. We receive many ads with ONLY an email address or ONLY a phone number. To get the best response from your ad(s), it is strongly suggested that you include BOTH phone number AND email address.
5. We will make every attempt possible to place your ad ASAP, however, due to the possibility of circumstances which may be beyond our control, we do not make any specific time guarantee as to when your ad will actually be posted.
6. We do NOT accept ANY personal dating ads.

NOTIFICATION OF AD PLACEMENT

• You will receive an email from us once your ad has been received.
  We will then try to post your ad as soon as possible.
• The email will also have YOUR ad reference numbers(s).
• **PLEASE KEEP THE EMAILS WE SEND TO YOU!!
  **YOU WILL NEED THE AD NUMBER(S) TO MAKE ANY CHANGES OR DELETE ANY AD(S)!!
• In an effort to avoid ANY mis-understanding, ONLY the person placing the original ad will be allowed to make ANY changes or delete an existing ad.
• If security is a concern, contact us and we will arrange a security password for you.

BUSINESS ADVERTISING POLICY

Any correspondence with advertisers on the Service or participation in their promotions, including the delivery of and or the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such correspondence or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser. BuySellandTrade.com assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence or promotion.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

As mentioned previously, technical difficulties can intermittenly occur such as, ISP server outages, power failures, etc. If for some reason you cannot gain access to the website, please be patient as we will be doing everything possible to remedy the problem. It may simply be that we are in the process of updating the website and we will be back up shortly.

PERSONAL INFORMATION / PRIVACY STATEMENT

Any personal information that we ask of you for the purposes of conducting business will be held in the strictest confidence. We will absolutely never divulge ANY of your personal information to ANYONE unless required to do so by law.
